RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the products being sold, all trading card products are non-returnable due to the type of product, and the nature of the market. We do this to ensure that returned products aren't "resealed" or tampered with and then returned back into stock. On all products that are not trading cards, such as sleeves, binders, game mats etc, we will accept returns if there is an issue with the product, or the wrong products was received.
Lastly, we will not accept returns because of damage to item packaging*. We secure everything to ensure a safe transit, however we are not in control of the products once they leave our hands. If your package is damaged, or items within the package have been damaged beyond use, then a claim will need to be filed with the package carrier. (USPS, Fedex, UPS etc)
* By item packaging, that means the carboard or plastic containers around the item. Often time collectors will try to return booster boxes etc because corners of the box went bent during transit, we will not accept returns or exchanges for this.
